Yoga and mobility
Classes that combine traditional yoga, functional movement, strength, mobility and mindfulness, for all levels, all ages and all bodies. These classes aren't about getting your legs behind your head. They're about slow, mindful movement, and learning to listen to your body rather than battle with it. I want you to find ease in your body, have fun, and enjoy moving.

How I teach
- Hatha yoga and mobility
- A functional yoga class that brings together strength, mobility, stability and flexibility. It isn't about showmanship or working up a sweat: it's slow, mindful movement, with breath awareness and relaxation, and most classes suit you even if you're new to yoga.
- Gentle yoga
- Calm, gentle movement with a focus on the breath, taking time to slow down while still building flexibility and mobility. A good place to start.
- Chair yoga
- Seated stretches and mobility work, plus standing postures and balance, with breathing, mindfulness and relaxation. For anyone with limited mobility, recovering from injury, or who would simply rather not get down on the floor.
- Restorative yoga
- A slower practice using props and supports, for anyone who is stressed, overworked or overwhelmed, recovering from injury, or struggling to sleep.
Private sessions
One-to-one yoga for stress, anxiety or overwhelm.
A private session where I bring yoga and psychotherapy together, using breath, movement and conversation to help your body and mind settle.
Most people come for a single session, and many come because therapy feels like a big step. This is a gentle place to start.
In person at the studio in Douglas, or online wherever you are.
